Michelle & Dag
Danish born Chef Dag Demarkow and locally born Michelle Adams are a husband and wife team who, alongside a skillful and friendly crew, have begun a new venture with Botanica Restaurant Cuisine by Dag Demarkow & Co in Mildura as well as the Botanica at the Australian Inland Botanical Gardens for functions & weddings.
With over 30 years experience Chef Dag has introduced a menu of modern Australian cuisine utilising the array of local produce found in Sunraysia. With the help of their staff in both back and front of house, Michelle and Dag pride themselves in providing Mildura a place to eat with great food and service and find much joy in seeing people enjoy experiencing the food they have created.

Situated within the stunning grounds of the Australian Inland Botanic Gardens is Mildura’s hidden gem, Magenta Woolshed. Stroll in to discover a barn style fitout with exposed wooden beams, and bespoke pendant lighting hanging from a tin roof, making for a rustic, relaxed space to enjoy a function or celebration. The perfect rustic venue that can cater for weddings and events for up to 200 guests.
